01ENGINEERING
BACKEND ENGINEER · MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS
Build the information layer behind production decisions.
You will develop backend services that receive machine and sensor data, create production context and deliver reliable APIs, calculations, reports and event workflows.
What you will work on
- Python services for production events, signals and traceability
- OEE, KPI, reporting and incident-handling logic
- APIs and integrations with laboratory, ERP and line-side systems
- PostgreSQL data models for time-series and operational context
- Linux edge deployments, observability and reliable data delivery
- Tests, documentation and controlled production releases
Working stack
What we value
- Strong Python and SQL fundamentals
- Experience designing maintainable APIs and data models
- Ability to reason about failure, retries and imperfect field data
- Clear communication with frontend, electronics and commissioning engineers
- Interest in manufacturing or industrial systems; direct experience is helpful, not mandatory
02ENGINEERING
COMPUTER VISION ENGINEER · INDUSTRIAL INSPECTION
Turn production images into dependable line-side decisions.
You will develop and deploy vision systems for feature inspection, process monitoring, classification and robotic handling under real production lighting, speed and material variation.
What you will work on
- Camera, lens and lighting selection with practical imaging trials
- Data collection, annotation strategy and dataset quality
- Detection, classification and measurement pipelines
- YOLO-based models and deterministic OpenCV inspection logic
- Calibration, tracking and production-speed inference
- Deployment to Raspberry Pi and other Linux edge platforms
- Model monitoring, failure analysis and retraining workflows
Working stack
What we value
- Practical experience with computer-vision or image-processing systems
- Understanding of optics, illumination and image formation — not only model training
- Ability to evaluate false positives, false negatives and uncertain cases
- Comfort moving between notebooks, production code and physical tests
- Interest in building systems that must keep working beyond the first successful demo
03COMMERCIAL
SALES REPRESENTATIVE · INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS
Help manufacturers turn an operational blind spot into a defined project.
You will develop relationships with manufacturing companies, qualify real production problems and coordinate early technical discovery with the ClariFab engineering team.
What you will work on
- Identify manufacturers with relevant visibility, quality and automation problems
- Run structured discovery conversations with operational and technical stakeholders
- Translate business impact into a clear engineering brief
- Coordinate site visits, pilot scope and commercial proposals
- Maintain opportunity context, follow-ups and account relationships
- Represent ClariFab at relevant industry meetings and events
Your working toolkit
What we value
- Experience selling technical, industrial or engineering services
- Ability to ask precise questions before proposing a solution
- Commercial discipline without overselling technical certainty
- Confidence communicating with plant managers, engineers and business leaders
- Strong written and spoken English; Swedish and additional European languages are useful
